Binary MQ arithmetic coding is widely used as a basic entropy coder in multimedia system. esteems high compression efficiency to be JBIG2 and JPEG2000. The importance of increasing after it adopted unique HEVC standard. In the binary coder, approximation without multiplication process recursive subdivision range interval. Because MPS/LPS exchange activity that happens output byte tends increase. This paper proposes an enhanced make use look-up table (LUT) for (A × Qe) using quantization skill improve efficiency. Multi-level 2-level, 4-level 8-level tables proposed this paper. Experimental results applying documents show about 3% improvement context-free coding. case bi-level image standard, improved 0.9%. addition, lossless JPEG2000 compression, compressed decreases 1.5% LUT. For lossy coding, figure little lower, 0.3% PSNR at same rate.
